If your store serves customer groups, and each customer group can only see specific products, this article will help you. For example:

• Customers tagged with silver to see products tagged with silver
• Customers tagged with gold to see products tagged with gold

Please try the steps below:

Set up Hide product rules

Create two rules as follows:

Rule 1

1. From B: B2B Lock, Login & Password app admin, go to Locks > Add Lock > Create my own lock > Select
2. In Lock content, select Hide products > By tags > Silver

3. Move to Control access > Rule to access, please select "If the customer is tagged with silver"

Rule 2

1. From B: B2B Lock, Login & Password app admin, go to Locks > Add Lock > Create my own lock > Select
2. In Lock content, select Hide products > By tags > Gold

3. Move to Control access > Rule to access, please select "If the customer is tagged with Gold"

Grant access permission

There are two approaches:

1. Manually assign customer tag

Manually access the created customer accounts in Shopify Customers folder > assign tag approved to the customers you want. This approach is helpful if you don't need to collect much information for your customers and want to save your cost.

2. Auto Assign customer tag

If you want to build a professional registration form to collect detailed customers' information before granting access, and auto-assign customer tag based on pre-defined condition, please use this second approach. As a result, customer accounts with specifically assigned tag will see corresponding products on the site.
