B2B Solution | How to know if a B2B/Wholesale Registration is submitted successfully
In this article, we will guide you how to setup different status after B2B/Wholesale Registration Form submission so customers know if they have submitted b2b/wholesale successfully and what could be next steps.
- Success message
- From the Settings of the Registration Form, you can edit your own message for Created wholesaler successfully.
- You can even change the color of that text to fit your theme color.
=> As a result, you will have something like this on top of the Registration Form.
- Redirection after submission
- First of all, from Shopify > Online Store > Pages, you can create a thank you page and leave some messages there. Title, content and the URL of the page are totally up to you.
- Secondly, from the app > Customer management > Registration Forms > Configuration, you can put your page link into this box for redirection after submission.
For example, your page URL is https://example.com/pages/thank-you, you can just put pages/thank-you in the field. - As a result, after clicking Submit button, they will be redirected to this thank-you page for further information.
- Email Notification - Your customer's account is under review
- From the app > Customer management > Email configuration, you can enable the Your customer's account is under review template so that customers will receive this email after registration submission.
