B2B Solution | How to set wholesale shipping rate based on customer's country?
Currently, the app only provides users with an option to set up shipping rates based on customer account/customer tag. This guide will guide you on how to assign customer country tags to set up a shipping rate based on country.
Steps:
- From Customer Management, go to Registration Form > Configuration, and add the **Country **field to the Registration Form
- From Customer Management, go to Auto Tag > **Configuration **> add rule
- Go to B2B Pricing > Shipping Rate > Configuration > Add Shipping Rate rule applied to customer tag
