B2B Solution | Where are B2B orders stored?
Many app users wonder where b2b customers place an order, where the order will be stored, and how to fulfill it. This article will help you categorize your b2b orders quickly.
In this article, we will assume that all orders that have our B2B Pricing modules (eg, Custom Pricing, Quantity/Amount Break, etc. ) applied are B2B orders, and all orders without our app's B2B Pricing features applied are B2C orders.
After customers (both b2b and b2c) place orders, all orders' information will go to the Orders section on your store admin page. Therefore, we need a key to divide them into two groups. Of course, you can do that with our Auto Tag feature to auto-assign a specific tag to b2b orders based on predefined conditions.
For example, I have a Custom Pricing rule decreasing 10% off the original price for customers tagged with wholesale.

In this case, I can create a rule to auto- assign tag b2b to orders created by customers who have tag wholesale. Please go to Customer Management > Auto Tag > Configuration > Add rule as follows

After that, from Shopify Admin >> Orders, you can filter b2b orders by the assigned tag:

After that, you can use Shopify's default functions to:
Edit/fulfill/cancel B2B orders
Send an invoice to B2B clients
others!
If you still have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to drop us a line on live chat or via email.
Hope this article helpful. Wish you a cracking day 😊!
