B2B Solution | Why don't I receive any notifications after registering an account?
If you don't receive any notification after submitting a Registration Form created by our app, please check the settings below:
- Go to Customer Management > Registration Form > Email Configuration > check if you enable notifications there
- If you already enable the notifications you need and still don't get notified, please have a look at your Spam/Junk folder. To avoid notifications from going to Spam/Junk folder, please check if you set up Sender email. Read more.
- If you are the store owner and don't get notified, please check and ensure that the Sender email and the email you set up to receive notifications are different
- If you don't get notified as a registered customers, please go to Customer Management > Registration Form > Configuration **> edit your Registration Form > check if you enable **Email notification for approved/declined customers
